Performing FRF for aceeleration data

I have set of acceleration data from accelerometer which were recorded from bridge field testing. I'd like to transform time-domain to frequency domain to get peak frequencies of bridge. I'm not sure how to use available tools in MATLAB to perform Frequency Response Function.

The R2015a fft documentation will give you everything you need in the code between the first two figure plots. (The R2015b documentation obfuscates the use of fft, at least in my opinion.)
