Need Matlab code for Newport AG-UC2 controller

I have a Newport AG-UC2 controller to control two piezo motors. My computer recognize the controller as COM5 port. I saw the shared code at http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/47866-ag-uc8-m/content//AG_UC8.m But that does not work for me. I am very puzzled. Could someone give me some help?
