My vr realm has no library objects except for 'general purpose'

Hi, I was trying to follow some instructional videos on how to make flight simulations using MATLAB and VR Realm. When I opened up 'import from library' and selected 'object library', I notice that I have no options to select. I just have a 'general purpose' tab with no items. How can I upload libraries and library objects?
