fMRI, plotting axial view for different values of Z

Good mornings! I am trying to plot brain images, axial view. I need to plot for each different slice ( different values for z) the activated voxels. Per example, the active voxels in slice z= 0 are: x=[75, 75, 75, ... ] y=[64. 34, -2, ... ] z=[0, 0, 0, .......]
