unable to start matlab

I have installed matlab 2014a. But unable to start it. having the information displayed in the screenshot. Please suggest.

Did you search for the tag yosemite? If none of that works, either download the latest version (yours is 3 versions old) or call the Mathworks, which offers free telephone or email support for all versions, even student version.
