Face detection alghoritm, how to detect forehead region of the face?

Someone of you have matalab's script for face detection? i would need to detect the forehead region of the face. Can you help me?

Your task is not generally possible. For example, where would one place the forehead on this:

it must be possibile! i would want before detecting a face and then selecting a small forehead area for extracting some datas, for example the color of the pixel in that region. Do you know an face detection algorithm ?
