Problem with simmechanics installation

I have problem with the installation of smlink.r2013b.zip

The error is:

Error using install_addon (line 56)
No files were extracted from archive smlink.r2013b.win64.zip.
smlink installation failed.

but i extracted them

Whats the problem? i need help please

I have windows 10 Mybe it is the problem ???

R2013b is not supported on Windows 10 and is not expected to work.
