Licence Manager Error 9

Hi, I'm new with matlab and I've just downloaded the latest version using my student licence with the Politecnico of Turin. Unfurtunatly when I try to open the program it shows a message of Licence Manager Error-9, even if I created a regular account and I received the licence from my university. What can I do?
