How can I solve this problem as a beginner?

Contact Mathworks for free installation support.

There are different reasons why this can happen, but it seems that every time we list the reasons someone else posts saying "That didn't help at all!" and blames us for not magically knowing the details of their operating system and installed programs and MATLAB configuration. So now I just say "Talk to Mathworks about this".
