How to deactivate off-line designated computer activation because Matlab cannot install as Linux has problem "/tmp/math​works_1762​2/bin/glnx​a64/libmwc​pp11compat​.so: ELF file OS ABI invalid" and I cannot upgrade linux OS on that server

Cannot install Matlab on designated computer as OS does not support ABI. Cannot upgrade Linux OS on that server. Want to try another Linux server to install Matlab to. Servers are off-line and cannot connect to internet. It is only a trail license that I have to see if we can get a build server operational.
