one colorbar with relative and absolute values

How can I make a colorbar witch shows the absolute values on the right side and the relative values on the left side on the same colorbar? I have the x coordinates as VarName1, the y coordinates as VarName2 and the absolute values in VarName3 or Z = VarName3/mean(VarName3)*100 for the relative values.

Which MATLAB version are you using? In particular, this could be done for R2014a or earlier but after that becomes more difficult as colorbar has a different implementation from R2014b onwards.
