how to load new packages into matlab

i was trying to run the package named Variable Precision Integer Arithmetic in my matlab of version R2009. But it was reporting that there was no such package with that name. So please illustrate me how to load a new package into matlab and run it.
please help me out

You should add the path to the package: File > Set Path > Add Folder
then:
rehash path
