function are avaliable in my licence?

Hi,
I am having Problems running functions in with my matlab licence. Is there an additional licence needed for functions to work? I have standard licence + Signal processing tool box.

No. You should have everything you need when you do your installation. If something doesn't work right, it may be because you've redefined a built-in function with a variable or function of your own. Otherwise, contact tech support for free installation help.

Some of the Toolboxes available to the Student Version are not installed by default. You might have to go back to the installer.
It is also possible that you are trying to use a function from something that is not licensed by the Student Version license. You might need to purchase additional toolboxes. We would need to know which functions you are having difficulty with.
Note: there are some toolboxes that can never be obtained for a Student Version license: in particular the toolboxes that have to do with Compiler or Code Generation, except that code can be generated for selected devices such as Raspberry Pi
