MATLAB not starting up on Mac.

I have the following error upon opening Matlab, it's probably been over a year since I last opened Matlab, but not familiar with this issue.
Any ideas?

Aqib - which version of MATLAB are you running, and which version of OS X? If it has been a year since you have used MATLAB, have you perhaps updated your OS X to Yosemite (or greater) and your MATLAB version is still R2014 (or lower)? If so, you may need to check out the following link: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/159016-is-matlab-compatible-with-mac-os-x-10-10-yosemite.

Geoff - Thank you very much for your help, first time I've used the site to ask for help, wasn't expecting such a prompt response. Your diagnosis was spot on, I updated my OS and am running R2013a, hence the error.
I followed your link and located the correct patch file. Working perfectly now!!
Cheers!
