If it is a matter of not accepting your license then see this posting
If that does not allow you to resolve the problem then you need to contact Mathwoks, which offers free support for all installation issues.

It is relevant. Basically it says contact the Mathworks for all licensing, activation, installation issues or for any other reason why you can't launch MATLAB (crash, hang, whatever...). There are a bazillion reasons and perhaps if you're lucky we might know it but there are so many possible reasons that we can't know them all, like the Mathworks can. That's why calling them for free help is your fastest route to success. They can even send you a webex link so they can drive your computer in real time and get it working. Plus they can do stuff with licensing and activation that we just can't do because it requires an authorized account on the Mathworks network, which none of use volunteers here have. Even the Mathworks who answer here will tell you to call the Mathworks and select the Tech Support-> Installation option.
