Specifying a seasonal ARIMA model with no seasonal unit roots

How do you specify a seasonal ARIMA(2,1,1)(2,0,1)12, where 12 is the seasonality?

The parameter "Seasonality" is not correctly defined in the help:

 'Seasonality'  A nonnegative integer indicating the degree of the seasonal 
                differencing polynomial (the degree of seasonal integration).
                If unspecified, the default is zero.
