how do I create a frequency response function for a cantilever beam. can I create a frequency domain transfer function from the pde using pde toolbox

I would like to create a frequency response functions for cantilever beams with the length as a variable using the timoshenko beam theory pde. This seams like something the pde toolbox (I do have the toolbox) should be able to do in the frequency domain, but I'm not sure how to go about it.
