How to send progressions from RaspberryPi to Arduino by Simulink?

I want to correspond between RaspberryPi and Arduino by Simulink.

I want to write a Simulink programs into RaspberryPi, and let RaspberryPi keep sending results as simple progressions to Arduino.

I'll use serial communication or I2C communication between RaspberryPi and Arduino, but there's no blocks in Simulink related to such connection.

I succeeded in corresponding between RaspberryPi and Arduino by python not Simulink. So I tried to find the way to execute the code from Simulink, but I coudn't find.

How to send progressions from RaspberryPi to Arduino by Simulink?
