Installation matlab R2015b on Windows 7 does nothing

Hi, after succesfully selecting a licence and clicking next, nothing happens. I let it go for days. It "pretends" to be doing something as the cursor becomes a blue circle but no progress is shown on the progress bar, nor nothing else happens.

I have windows 7, 64 bits and I chose a compatible matlab version.

The closest issue I found mentioned on the web is by some-one trying to install older versions of matlab on new versions of windows, I guess I am doing the opposite.
