Sharktools (Matshark for windows )

I am trying to build a communication Network (eg sending and receiving packets), so that I can use the data to control my ECU. I want to know whether Windows Support MATshark. winPcap can be used in windows, but I am not sure how to integrate winPcap with MATLAB. Thanks in advance.
