how you found the data from teapot

in this program (bezier patch area) that I found in matlab there is a ring of the example data teapot (have points of control in matrix shape of each Bezier patch area (the file teapot.mat) the question I ask is: how to find these control points, because I have to change trains teapot by another object but I do not know how to calculate or find the data here is the attached file

Which "control points" have whos "input data"? What does "obtentir" mean and what is a "dun mech"? How to find what?
