In solving a constrained nonlinear optimization problem on a function f(x) how do I ensure that the value of f(xopt), although minimized, stays greater than 0. I'm using fmincon. Please see the function file.
The general syntax is: [A, fval] = drillopt(RPM)
RPM can be scalar or vector. Use [67, 117, 217]

Use the constraint f(x) >= 0.
Best wishes
