I want to establish communication via UDP to make some tests, but it has been unsuccesful working in External mode. In Normal mode, everything goes fine but I can't get the signal from the other pc

I want to establish communication between two computers,one of them connected with arduino Mega, I want to establish communication via UDP to make some tests, but it has been unsuccesful working in External mode. In Normal mode, everything goes fine but I can't get the counts from the encoder.
