When I increase the simulation time from 2sec to 8sec or 10sec, why the response of PMSG (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine) change?

2 views (last 30 days)
I am currently using a permanent-magnet synchronous machine as a generator in my wind turbine model in simulink. The model works very good when the simulation time between 2-4sec, but when I increase the simulation time to 8sec or more. The output values of the generator like stator currents, the speed and torque will change. I don't know why???
Is there anyone who has worked with the PM machine in Simulink, especially making it work as a generator with a Torque input. I really appreciate the help :)
Thanks, Raed

1. Inpt Torque should be negative to PMSG work as a Generatot. 2. The control circuit may be incorrect. So the saturation may happen for 8 seconds.

Thanks Ahmed Al-Toma for your answer, I used a negative torque. It is very simple model just a PMSG with a constant input. Best regards, Raed
