How to set the parameters such as ambient temperature in the image acquisition toolbox ?

I use the image acquisition toolbox with a thermal infrared camera : How to set the parameters such as ambient temperature, humidity, emissivity and distance to object ? The list of properties that can be seen with get(vid) does not include these kind of environmental parameters. Thank you !

I don't think you can. Is it just giving a composite video signal rather than a temperature image? You might either have to set those parameters on the camera and then read in the thermal image with a special reader, or somehow apply those parameters to the composite video images as a post capture operation.

Yes it gives a raw signal, but I can't set the parameters directly on the camera. Softwares from the manufacturer provides this conversion if the user enters a certain number of parameters, but I am afraid that doing it in a post processing operation requires an important work of modelling and good understanding of optical processes.
