How do I read a table in the form of .txt file into a variable?

Hi, I need help with a homework question. The question goes like this, "Use matlab to read the table created in 11.2 into variable called myTable2." In 11.2 I took a table I created and turned it into a .txt file. I don't even know where to begin so anything would help. Thanks!

Upload the text file. Also, post the code that you've tried and any error messages you're receiving.
