95% CI of parameters estimated using the PEM tool

Hi, I would like to ask if there is a method to estimate the 95% CI from the covariance matrix I obtain from the pem tool? The parameters are estimated from a idnlgrey model.
I know that for parameters estimated using the nlinfit tool, we can estimate the 95% CI using nlparci, I was wondering if there is a similar tool for my problem?
