matlab 2014b has stopped working on windows 10 pro. any help ?

You need to give us some hints about what you observe, about how you know that it has stopped working, about what error messages you see.

Open the event viewer, e.g. by Windows+R and entering eventvwr.msc . Then look for a more detailed description in the "system" or "application" logs.

You appear to be running the MS Windows program MATLAB.exe on a computer named "macbookair". Are you running it in Parallels with your Windows 10 Pro in a virtual machine, or are you running Windows 10 under Boot Camp ?
