Plotting system response to trapezoidal pulse

Hello, and thanks for your answers! I'm having trouble coding an example in MATLAB that will plot the time domain output of this system represented by it's transfer function:

When the input is a trapezoidal pulse, that is a piecewise function similar to:

But I really can't get it right! I've tried several ways to generate said piecewise function but all seem to fail, furthermore I have no idea how to plot said system's response to the given arbitrary function (I know the commands step, bode, impulse but I have no idea how to point Matlab to plot a system's response to an arbitrary function).
