Hello everybody, I've allready got a 3D CAD modell of the youbot arm and created a simulation with SimMechanics.
My question, how is it possible to make a connection with a ROS system, in my case the Youbot.

Parts of this toolbox's functionality is the interface between MATLAB/Simulink and ROS. On the Simulink side, there are built-in blocks that let you subscribe/publish to ROS topics. This is how you'd connect your SimMechanics model to ROS.
Look at this example if you can for more information: http://www.mathworks.com/help/robotics/examples/getting-started-with-ros-in-simulink.html
