Using textscan to extract Header to one variable as cell and Data to another from prn file

I am working on creating a script to plot data from hundreds of prn files. These prn files have the same columns so I can automate this process. I am unable to extract the headers into one variable as cell. I can get them into char format but then I cannot separate these into individual names used for plotting. Please help.

Please show an example of a header.

Note: you will probably not be able to handle both in a single textscan() call.
