I have install matlab 2015a 64 bite, now development group asked to use 2015b 64 bite. I wonder if I can install in the same computer or I have to uninstall 2015a before install 2015b.

Yes. You can install them both on the same computer and even have both of them open at the same time. You do not have to uninstall R2015a to install R2015b unless you do not have enough disk space for both. Be sure to download all the toolboxes for each release (that you have licenses for), because the toolboxes will only work with the same MATLAB releases they are written for.

My pleasure.
If you have the disk space, you should have no problems. It will even install desktop icons for both versions, so you will have immediate desktop access to both releases.
If you have your own startup.m or similar files, you will have to copy them to your C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015b\toolbox\local\ directory, but that is the only part of the installation and setup that the MATLAB installer does not do itself. You will be able to open all the files in your C:\Users\ ... \Documents\MATLAB\ directory from both releases, even with both open at the same time.
