how can i fix this code and run it?

it is no reading the file i have input, please let me know how i can fix this. thank you

What do you observe happening instead of it reading the file? Is it producing an error message?
You should be switching from aviread() to VideoReader. An example is shown at
http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/import_export/read-video-files.html
