how to create scatterplot using counts of rows and date ranges?

I have data that look like this

How would the syntax be for a scatter plot by "Site" and a count of "AUTO ID" by month. Month would be on the x-axis and count would be on the y-axis. I would also like to have separate scatter plots for each site.
