How can I obtain eigenvalues and eigenvectors of structure tensor which is convolved with Gaussian (3 different sigma: 0.65, 1.1, 2.5)?

Hi,
I need to calculate the structure tensor eigenvalues and eigenvectors of 3D Medical MRI images (x,y,z scales) which is convolved with Gaussian (3 different sigma: 0.65, 1.1, 2.5). One feature that has been shown to be significant in the detection of thin structures such as fingerprints is the structure tensor.Does anyone know how can I do that? Is there any code available or toolkit for doing this? I am beginner in Matlab, could you please do me a favour and help me?
