hi I want to change image1 to image2.i have two signature from one person. because of shift problem، i get image1.i know that I have to use center of gravity. so I calculate COG of two signature. but I don't know , what do i have to do after that? clearly, what how can I use COG to get image2.do I have to move shapes? thanks.

You'd have to do color segmentation, then extract each color by itself. Then shift the one image with imtranslate(). Give it a try. I have demos in my File Exchange: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?term=authorid%3A31862

I think that my question is ambiguous. i try to edit that. in fact ,color isn't important in my work. i can use grayscale image. i want to use COG for that.
