Hello I am doing work in matlab to find liver infected diseases. I have extracted liver from ct scan images. Now I need to find liver disease using the extracted lievr organ. Can someone help me as which algorithm should be used in order to find it.

I need to get algorithm for this urgently.

for this you have to train a machine, you may use NN for that, you can start with features extraction.
