How can I use Matlab in a win7 x86 PC connect a database in a win7 x64 PC

Hi,everyone: Firstly,how can i creat a database in a Win7x64 PC(called serverPC) and insure the database can be connected by other win7 x86 or XP x86 PC,the serverPC Win7x64 have a accout and password already be knewn; Note that,the password is the password of the Win7x64 operating system. Secondly,my computer is a win7 x86 pc,how can i use matlab to connect the serverPC mentioned above ? the type of database i want is ODBC+Access(fisrt choice). looking forward your reply.Thanks!
