How to use SVM classifier for classifying tumor pixels?

I am doing a project on tumor segmentation from MRI..Now I have done upto enclosing the tumor region with a rectangle.I want to apply SVM classifier within the rectangle which contains some healthy regions apart from tumor region.Plz help me to solve the problem using MATLAB

Why SVM? What are the two features? Are you looking only at gray level and location? Have you tried the Classification Learner app on the Apps tab?

i am also doing some work to classify tumors in BRATS database through voxel features.
