Unsopported 16-bit Application installing version 2015b win7

I am trying to install the software on windows 7 but this error message keeps coming.
I have downloaded the .iso file for win7 64bits from mathworks and the files MD5 are identical, so the download is not corrupted. Here is what it looks like.
I need this software ASAP, so I hope to hear back from the Team very soon.
Thanks!

You need to contact Mathworks for free installation support as to why this is happening.
But meanwhile even though you know the executable is the right bits, you might have a look at http://blog.ryankempt.com/2013/12/64-bit-windows-unsupported-16-bit.html and see if it helps. Oh, and also http://www.gamespot.com/forums/pc-mac-linux-society-1000004/unsupported-16bit-application-on-vista-64bit-26815089/
