The first version of MATLAB that supports VS 2015 is R2015b, and it is the Professional version of VS 2015 that is required, not an Express version.
You did not indicate which version of MATLAB you are trying to use.

you means that if I want to search for the vc++ compilier by input 'mex -setup' automatically, Should I use the vs in lower version (express ,ultimate and profession version) ?

I am saying you need one from the list at http://www.mathworks.com/support/compilers/R2015a/ and that in the places it says "Professional", that does not include Express. Possibly "Ultimate" includes "Professional", I am not sure about that.
