Problems with renderr function

Hi,

today i bought and installed the Communications System Toolbox for my student matlab version R2015b, in order to use the randerr function at a second private computer. I already have code which works on my university matlab version with all toolboxes installed.

Now I get always the same error when I try to use the randerr function.

Here is an example from the randerr help:

>> f = randerr(5,4) Undefined function 'randerr' for input arguments of type 'double'.

I have no idea what's the fault here.
