How to get mean of corresponding values in 2 (or more than 2 as number varies) 1x2545 singles which are present in same cell (1xNcell)?

This is not clear. You can illustrate with a small example

I have a cell named A (1x2 cell) It has two singles in it(each 1x2545).
I want to take mean of values corresponding to the same position in the vectors and make a new vector with those mean values in it.
e.g. in cell A, (1 2 3 4 5 6 23 3 1 3 3) & (2 2 1 3 4 2 12 3 4 5 6) these are row vectors now I want to take average of values corresponding to same position in both vectors, and make a new vector J
so J=(1.5 2 2 3.5 4.5 4 17.5 3 2.5 4 4.5)
Thanks
