How do I format data for use in Classification Learner?

I have files of noise data that I'd like to us Classification Learner to help classify. Each files is 245700 lines of voltage data making up a noise waveform. I have already created a sample set of these files and know which ones are bad and which ones are good. The question is, how do I format my variables for classification learner? Each files data as a column in a total data matrix (245700x10) and another variable (1x10) with results?
