I have to sample the coordinate data of mouse pointer in real time. I didn't find any information on the default frequency of Matlab's sampling frequency. Could anyone tell me how to check this frequency, and could this frequency be changed? Thanks!

The frequency is not up to MATLAB.
You need to be more specific about what kind of mouse.

Possibly. These were primarily gaming links (I fight — and occasionally befriend — dragons in my spare time), so these fora are frequented by the geekiest of the geeks. Even though I haven’t considered this problem, others amongst us would be up on such esoterica!

Well, 200 times per second should be about real time. I think usually real time means anything at video rates (30 times per second) or faster.
