How can I add a local heat source (not a uniform global) in heat transfer model using PDE toolbox?

Hi friends, I have a problem with solving heat transfer diff. Eq. in Matlab. In fact the problem is with adding a local heat source to the model. The model I already have is only including a global and uniform heat source but in my problem the heat source is not uniform but a local/non-uniform. Is anybody able to help me solve the problem? Thanks in advance.

You can set space-varying boundary coefficients or problem coefficients. The syntax depends on your MATLAB version. See how to specify nonconstant boundary conditions and how to specify coefficients.
