Remove ECG-noise from EMG-Signal

Hi I'm using Matlab to analyse raw EMG-data from four bilateral muscles, two of which are near the heart thus recording the heart beat.
Is there any tool/function/method to effectively remove the ECG disturbance without loosing too much of the EMG-raw signal?
Thanks for any kind of help, even if you tell me to stopp digging now. cheers

think you have to be more clear about what "near the heart" means. The ECG is not sinusoidal, so I think you need to give us more information about the spectral distribution of the EMG data.
