How can I plot the frequency response of a 3 Band Equalizer using Simulink using Simulink blocks and Physical Signal blocks?

I have built a schematic of a three band equalizer using third order butterworth filters. I built the filters out of physical signal circuit elements (blue blocks) and I want to send a chirp signal through the circuit and then use a scope to see how the circuit reacts. I used a Simulink-PS Converter block and PS-Simulink Converter block to make sure the signals are compatible, but when I simulate the system the chirp comes out fine, but the final scope shows a voltage of 0V. Can someone assist me in trying to figure out what is wrong with my circuit?
