Resizing MRI scan with slice thickness and slice gap

4 views (last 30 days)
Hello,
I have a question regarding resizing a 3D MRI volume. If a 3D MRI scan (NxNxM ; N>M) has specific slice thickness (ST) and slice gap (SG), how should I resize it to a NxNxN scan? How should I consider ST and SG in my code?
I came across to this function, but I don't know how to take slice thickness and gap into account.
Thank you.
