JPEG and SPIHT codec algorithm for color images

Hi,
I'm working on image compression project,here I need to compare few algortihms with the algorithm i m working on. so i need JPEG and SPIHT codec for color images ! I will be very thankful if anyone can send me the above mentioned algorithms.
